Report Title: Department of Health; Advance Disposal Fee Glass; Deposit Beverage Container Glass; Recycling; Audit Recommendations; Report
Description: Mandates the recommendations made by the Office of the Auditor to the Department of Health regarding advance disposal fee glass containers and glass recycling. Requires the Department of Health to report on its implementation of the recommendations to the Legislature. (SB1260 HD1)
