Report Title: Insurance Fraud Investigations Unit ($)
Description: Expands the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs' jurisdiction over insurance fraud to include workers' compensation cases, until July 1, 2010. Appropriates funds for additional personnel and resources within the department to combat insurance fraud. (SB1412 HD2)
