Measure Title: RELATING TO CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.
Report Title: Correctional Facility Deaths; Reporting Requirements
Description: Requires the director of public safety to report to the governor, and the governor to report to the legislature, any death of an inmate or correctional facility employee within forty-eight hours. Requires the director of public safety to immediately report the official cause of death of the inmate or correctional facility employee to the governor and the governor to immediately report the official cause of death to the legislature. (CD1)
