Governor Appoints New Representative Jan. 15, 2009. The Governor has appointed Gilbert Keith-Agaran to serve the remainder of the late Rep. Bob Nakasone's term at the State House. Rep. Keith-Agaran, a former director of the county Department of Public Works and Environmental Management and a former chairman of the state Board of Land and Natural Resources, will represent the 9th House District in Maui.
