SB 1056    RELATING TO THE STATE BLIND VENDOR FACILITY            HHS
           PROGRAM
           Amends chapter 347, Hawaii  Revised Statutes, to be
           in compliance  with  the  Federal Randolph-Sheppard
           Act as the Act  pertains  to the committee of blind
           vendors.

                  (Deferred from February 8, 1999)

SB 1499    RELATING TO THE RANDOLPH-SHEPPARD                  HHS,WAM
           REVOLVING ACCOUNT
           Allows Randolph-Sheppard  revolving  account  to be
           used  to  hire  private  attorneys  for  the  state
           committee of blind  vendors.   Requires transfer of
           $30,000 annually  from  the  account  to  the state
           committee's bank account.


                   No testimony will be accepted.
