SB 54         RELATING TO SEXUAL OFFENDERS                          JDC/WAM
           Provides for the  imposition  of  extended terms of
           imprisonment for  persistent  and  predatory sexual
           offenders

SB 582        RELATING TO SEXUAL OFFENDERS                          JDC/WAM
           Establishes sex offender free zones around schools,
           playgrounds, and childcare centers

SB 583        RELATING TO SEXUAL OFFENDERS                          JDC/WAM
           Requires life  imprisonment  without possibility of
           parole for repeat felon sexual offender

SB 584        RELATING TO HABITUAL VIOLENT OFFENDERS                JDC/WAM
           Requires  mandatory   life   imprisonment,  without
           possibility  of  parole   or   other  release,  for
           habitual violent offenders

SB 585        RELATING TO SEXUAL OFFENDERS                          JDC/WAM
           Makes a  third  offense  of  sexual  assault in the
           fourth  degree  a  class   C  felony  and  requires
           mandatory sex offender  treatment and imposition of
           a mandatory minimum prison sentence

SB 587        RELATING TO SEXUAL OFFENDERS                          JDC/WAM
           Requires lifetime  parole  for  second  time felony
           sexual offenders
