HB 849 HD1    RELATING TO SPECIAL FACILITY REVENUE BONDS FOR AIRPORTS.
HSCR 80       Redefines "special facility" for special facility revenue bonds and
           leases for airports to include cargo operations. (TRN,FIN)

HB 8 HD1      RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER LICENSING.
HSCR 518      Prohibits the use of a social security number as an identification
           number on a driver's license. (TRN,JHA,FIN)

HB 167 HD2    RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER LICENSING.
HSCR 571      Establishes a graduated licensing procedure for persons under 18.
           (TRN,FIN)

HB 719 HD1    RELATING TO ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLES.
HSCR 477      Increases the maximum amount of the additional fee assessed for motor
           vehicle certificates of registration to be used for highway
           beautification and the disposal of abandoned vehicles. (TRN,FIN)

HB 1457       RELATING TO THE TRAFFIC CODE.
HSCR 581      Makes spilling load violations an offense. (TRN,JHA,FIN)

HB 1637 HD1   RELATING TO SCHOOL BUSES.
HSCR 616      Allows the use of tour buses for the transportation of student groups,
           other than school athletes, to and from school-related events or
           activities. (TRN/EDN,FIN)

HB 602        RELATING TO REGISTRATION OF A TRAILER.
HSCR 76       Extends the time from 20 to 30 days to record the transfer of ownership
           of a trailer, and increases the penalty from $5 to $50 for delinquent
           recording of transfer of ownership. (TRN,FIN)

HB 286 HD1    RELATING TO SPEEDING.
HSCR 572      Requires doubling of fines for speeding in a school zone or
           construction area. (TRN,FIN)

HB 1636 HD1   RELATING TO TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT.
HSCR 482      Amends the photo red light imaging and photo speed imaging run until
           the end of the detector demonstration project by including other photo
           technology systems to improve traffic enforcement and reduce traffic
           congestion by producing photographic identification of a vehicle which
           crosses longitudinal traffic lane markings. (TRN,FIN)
