Report Title: Hate Crimes

Description: Defines Hate Crimes. Requires Attorney General to publish data regarding hate crimes. Permits court to extend term of imprisonment for certain crimes where the primary motive for the crime was hostility based upon race, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, color, ancestry or disability. Establishes requirements if probation is ordered in the case of a hate crime.
