SB 2655       RELATING TO HEALTH                              HHS, CPN
SD 1          Establishes an expedited process for an appeal of a
           managed care  plan's  decision.    Extends the time
           period to request an  external  review of a managed
           care  plan's  final   determination.    Establishes
           standards   for   determining   whether   a  health
           intervention is a medical necessity.

SB 2333       RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS PROPERTY REGIMES       GOH, CPN
SD 1          Authorizes an  association  of  apartment owners to
           assess the purchaser of  a delinquent or foreclosed
           apartment  for  unpaid   assessments  provided  the
           association  has  previously  filed  a  foreclosure
           action.

SB 2205       RELATING TO NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS                   CPN
SD 1          Proposed draft adds a new section to Chapter 415B,
PROPOSED      Hawaii Revised  Statutes,  to  preserve federal tax
           exempt status of private foundations.
