HD 2096    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EDUCATION        EDU, WAM
HD1        Appropriates  funds  for  260  full-time equivalent
           permanent teacher  positions  in  the department of
           education. (Ito, etc.)

HB 2822    RELATING TO SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS            EDU, WAM
HD1        Appropriates funds for fiscal year 2000-2001 to the
           School Administrator Program. (Ito)

HB 2763    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TEACHER EDUCATION EDU, WAM
HD1        Appropriates funds  for  the  teacher certification
           program on Kauai. (Kawakami)

HB 2491    RELATING TO SCHOOL LUNCH                     EDU, WAM
HD1        Requires the price  of  school  lunches  to be one-
           third the total cost  of  preparing the lunch. (Say
           (BR))

HB 2040    RELATING TO EDUCATION                        EDU, WAM
HD1        Establishes a  Safety  Pilot  Program; appropriates
           funding. (Takai, etc.)

HB 2492    RELATING TO EDUCATION                        EDU, WAM
HD1        Retains and  carries  over  up  to  five percent of
           appropriations for  EDN  150  (comprehensive school
           support services  program).    Transfers funds from
           EDN 100  (school-based  budgeting  program)  to EDN
           150.    Requires  the  department  of  education to
           submit a report  regarding  the carryover of funds,
           to the director  of  finance  ninety days after the
           close of each fiscal year  and prepared in the form
           prescribed by the director.  (Say (BR))

HB 2536    RELATING TO CHILD AND ADOLESCENT        HHS, EDU, WAM
HD1        MENTAL HEALTH
           Makes an emergency  appropriation to the department
           of health for the child and mental health division.
