HB 2061    RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII       HED,JHA,FIN
        Creates procedure for service of process upon UH;
        establishes that settlements in claims against UH are
        paid out of legislative appropriations; and clarifies
        legal services provided by university general counsel.

HB 2063    RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII           HED,FIN
        Requires UH employer contributions for retirement and
        health insurance benefits for employees whose base
        salaries are funded by the UH tuition and fees special
        fund to be funded by the state general fund.

HB 2064    RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII           HED,FIN
        Changes general fund formula for the University of
        Hawaii from a percentage of tuition revenues to 12% of
        all general fund appropriations under the executive
        budget acts.

HB 2065    RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR HIGHER
        EDUCATION                                      HED,FIN
        Authorizes capital improvement projects for the
        University of Hawaii.

HB 2375    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII  
                                                       HED,FIN

 
 
        Appropriates general funds to the University of Hawaii
        at Manoa for the school of ocean and earth science and
        technology.

HB 2623    RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII      HED, LAB/FIN
        Enables the University to develop a classification
        system which appropriately recognizes the scope and
        subject matter of work, and the scope and degree of
        responsibility and the required minimum
        qualifications.

HB 2621    RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII           HED,JHA
        Requires service of process on the University to be
        made by delivering a copy of the complaint to the
        University General Counsel or to an Associate General
        Counsel.  Requires all settlements and judgements to
        be paid from State general fund.
