Report Title: Ethanol; Gasoline; Counties

Description: Authorizes the counties to enact and enforce ordinances to require that gasoline sold in the county for use in motor vehicles contain not more than 10% ethanol by volume. Requires the department of business, economic development, and tourism to provide technical assistance to the counties as needed.
