Report Title: Technology Consolidation Plan

Description: Requires the governor's special advisor of high technology development (special advisor) to develop a plan to organize the energy, resources, and technology division of the department of business, economic development, and tourism into the newly-established high technology development corporation. Requires the special advisor to submit the plan, recommendations, and actions taken pursuant to this bill, to the legislature prior to the convening of the regular session of 2001. (HB2500 HD21)
