Report Title: Liquor; Minors; Driver's Lic.

Description: Suspends driver's license of minors under 18 for 6 months, requires community service and attendance at alcohol education program for violating intoxicating liquor law involving minors. Provides similar penalties for violators aged 18 to 21. Suspends license for 1 year for repeat offense. Appropriates $50,000 for alcohol and drug education programs.
