RELATING TO IOLANI PALACE.

Requires DLNR with the advice of Friends of Iolani Palace to develop a master plan for Iolani Palace, including a plan to replace the current parking stalls with a grassed landscape or other nonvehicular use as appropriate.

relating to state foundation on culture and the arts.

Amends the makeup of the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts Commission by requiring at least one member to be a Hawaiian cultural practitioner. Defines Hawaiian cultural practitioner.

RELATING TO THE KAHO`OLAWE ISLAND RESERVE COMMISSION.

Enables the Kaho`olawe Island Reserve Commission to accept grants and donations and to conduct fundraising activities.
