Report Title: Control of Disease
Description: Allows the Department of Health to enter into agreements with health care facilities and providers, who assist with epidemic control activities, to enable them to be compensated for their services, facilities, and materials. Requires individuals and entities to provide information needed to locate people suspected of having been exposed to a dangerous disease. Establishes protections for the rights of individuals quarantined to prevent transmission of a dangerous infectious disease and grants the Department of Health authority to sequester contaminated articles.
