Measure Title: RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT SECURITY.
Report Title: Employment and Training Fund; Maintains Current Assessment
Description: Amends the formula that determines the amount to be assessed against employers for deposit in the Employment and Training Fund by making the 0.01% assessment rate permanent effective July 1, 2002, and making it mandatory instead of permissive, that employers who use these programs contribute 50% of the cost of the assistance in cash or in-kind contribution. Provides criteria and standards for fund administration. (CD1)
