A BILL FOR AN ACT
making an appropriation for holomua elementary school.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $12,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2003-2004, and the same sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2004-2005, for a twelve-month vice-principal position at Holomua elementary school, in order to accommodate its multi-track year round school schedule.
SECTION 2. The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of education for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2003.
