RELATING TO NET ENERGY METERING.

Amends the net energy metering law by removing the 10 kilowatt cap on the size of the system. Clarifies the definition of "eligible customer-generator." Incrementally increases the percentage of the electric utility's system peak demand to 1 percent in 2004 and 0.5 percent incrementally every 2 years until the system's peak demand reaches 5 percent in 2020.
