RELATING TO INTERMEDIATE SANCTIONS. Appropriates general funds for various programs of the judiciary, and the departments of the attorney general and public safety relating to alternatives to incarceration. |

RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF OFFICIALS IN THE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF STATE GOVERNMENT. Changes the method of appointment and the method to effectuate salary determinations of the Judicial salary commission. Provides for the salary determinations of the commission to take effect at the beginning of the next fiscal year unless rejected by the Legislature by three-fourths vote of the members of each house of the Legislature. |
