RELATING TO HOTEL CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING TAX CREDIT. Generally extends the hotel construction and remodeling tax credit to 2008 and adds a definition for "Qualified resort area". |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
