MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE LOSS MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM.

Appropriates $3.5 million in FY03-04,and $2.5 million in FY04-05, from interest income transferred from the hurricane reserve trust fund to the general fund under Act 179, SLH 2002, to fund the loss mitigation grant established under the Act. Allows funds to be used for grants awarded retroactively from January 1, 2003. (SD1)

RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR.
