RELATING TO NET ENERGY METERING.

Allows customer-generators with maximum capacity of up to 300 kilowatts. Allows the Public Utilities Commission to increase this maximum capacity and the total capacity a utility must accept, and amend rate structure and standard tariffs and contracts. Allows accumulation of customer generators' credit for excess electricity generated over a 12-month period. (HD1)

Authorizes the licensure of dental specialists who are licensed in another state with equivalent or higher licensing standards without requiring passage of the state exam.
