RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS AND COOPERATIVE HOUSING CORPORATIONS.

Provides that the co-owner or co-lessor of lands that is not party to any offer to sell a leased fee interest has the right of first refusal to purchase a leased fee interest. (SD1)

RELATING TO INVASIVE SPECIES.

Allows private and public landowners to remove noxious trees within a conservation district by applying for a site plan approval permit with the DLNR; exempts this activity from the requirements of chapter 343 where DLNR determines that there is no significant effect on the environment.

RELATING TO FIRE PROTECTION.

Provides penalties for the intentional setting of fires within forest reserves, public hunting areas, wildlife and plant sanctuaries, and natural area reserves. (SD1)

RELATING TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.

Grants authority to UH to manage real property owned, leased, or otherwise under its control, and control public activity thereon. (SD1)
