Description: Supports legislator/constituent communication by increasing the legislative allowance from $5,000 to $7,500. Permits the allowance to be regularly adjusted to account for inflation by increasing the allowance by the same percentage and at the same time that the legislative salary is increased. (HB1236 CD1)
