RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION. Extends the time allowed to acquire the lands designated as part of the South Kona wilderness area on the island of Hawaii from 12/31/06 to 12/31/07.

RELATING TO THE CONVEYANCE TAX. Exempts from the conveyance tax any documents or instruments conveying real property from a testamentary trust to an entity owned by the trust for the purpose of distributing ownership interests in the entity to a beneficiary under the trust.
