Measure Title:  RELATING TO THE STATE BUDGET.
Report Title:  State Budget; Reports
Description:  Requires the governor or the director of finance to report restrictions of appropriations to the legislature. Reorganizes certain executive branch agencies by abolishing or transferring various agencies and programs to correspond with H.B. No. 200, H.D. 1, the general appropriations act of 2009. Ensures that the energy program administrator created in HB 1271 is a civil service employee. (CD2)
