Extends the enabling law for the voluntary employees' beneficiary association trust from 07/01/10 to 12/31/10 in order to provide for a better transition to the Hawaii employer-union health benefits trust fund.  Appropriates funds for more staff for the Hawaii employer-union health benefits trust fund.  Effective July 1, 2020.  (HB1287 HD2)

Please note:  If you submit your written testimony after 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the hearing, please sign-in at the staff table to testify orally.  A copy of your testimony may not be available during the hearing but will be posted online for the public after the hearing.
