A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE STATEWIDE AGRICULTURE WATER DEVELOPMENT STUDY.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the agricultural development and food security special fund the sum of $        or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2011-2012 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2012-2013 for the department of agriculture to complete the statewide agriculture water use and development plan.

     The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of agriculture for the purposes of this Act.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2011.

Statewide Agriculture Water Development Study

 

Description:

Makes an appropriation out of the agricultural development and food security special fund for the statewide agriculture water use and development plan to be performed by the Department of Agriculture.  Effective July 1, 2011.  (HB1277 HD1)
