Received message number 191 transmitting proposed changes to the FB 2011-13 Executive Budget for the Department of Accounting and General Services, Office of the Governor, and Department of Land and Natural Resources. 

1.   Add $1,300,000 for FY 12 and $700,000 for FY 13 in general funds for increases in electricity expenditure and water/sewer charges.

2.   Add $1,200,000 for FY 12 and $1,200,000 for FY 13 in Special Funds for the Office of the Governor Program.

3.   Add $475,000 for FY 12 in general funds for the Natural and Physical Environment Program. 

4.   Add $7,800,000 for FY 12 in general Obligation bonds for a capital improvement project request for the Natural and Physical Environment Program.

5.   Add $2,500,000 for FY 12 in county funds for a capital improvement project for the Public Lands Management Program.
