RELATING TO HYDROGEN FUELING STATIONS.

Requires DBEDT to establish a hydrogen fueling station demonstration project in the counties.

RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST A SEAWATER AIR CONDITIONING PROJECT IN WAIKIKI.

Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds of up to $200,000,000, for Kaiuli Energy LLC for the planning, design, and construction of its seawater air conditioning district cooling system in and around Waikiki, Oahu.  Effective July 1, 2013.

Status

RELATING TO GREENWAYS.

Directs the Office of Planning to contract with a consultant to develop a plan for a statewide greenways plan.  Appropriates funds.  Effective July 1, 2013.

DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW

 

Persons wishing to offer comments should submit testimony at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.  Testimony should indicate:

·     Testifier's name with position/title and organization;

·     The Committee(s) to which the comments are directed;

Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website after the hearing adjourns.  This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
