RELATING TO CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE FEES.

Requires the Department of Human Services to gather data and recommend fees for licensure and certification of certain programs transferred to the Department of Health.  Requires Department of Human Services to report findings and fee recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to 2014 Regular Session.  Effective July 1, 2013.  (HB1208 HD2)

RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES.

Requires child care facilities, family child care homes, group child care centers, group child care homes, and infant and toddler child care centers that care for children less than one year of age to develop, maintain, and implement safe sleep policies as adopted by the Department of Human Services, to prevent sudden unexpected infant deaths and sudden infant death syndrome.  (HB398 HD1)

RELATING TO AGING.

Allows Policy Advisory Board for Elder Affairs to honor a non ex-officio member with an honorary kupuna title; requires Governor to consider honorary title when considering honoree's reappointment; authorizes Governor to reappoint honoree for continued terms over the honoree's lifetime.  (HB1258 HD1)
