RELATING TO PROSTITUTION.

Makes solicitation of a minor for prostitution a crime.  Increases the statute of limitations to bring a cause of action for coercion into prostitution from two to six years.  Clarifies the minimum and maximum fine for a person convicted of committing the offense of prostitution.  Adds the offenses of solicitation of a minor for prostitution, habitual solicitation of prostitution, and solicitation of prostitution near schools and public parks under the State's forfeiture laws.  Amends the definition of "sexual offense" under the sexual offender registry laws to include acts that consist of the solicitation of a minor who is less than eighteen years of age for prostitution.

Allows an employer to remit the amount of an employee's union dues to a personal representative selected by the employee in the event the employee's union decides not to represent the employee's position in a grievance.

Requires the governor to achieve or maintain gender equity in the composition of boards and commissions when making nominations and appointments.

RELATING TO ELECTIONS.

Clarifies that the chairperson of a political party, and not an officer of the party, may make an objection to the validity of nomination papers; requires publication on state or county websites of a list of all candidates within twenty- four hours of the close of the filing deadline; establishes requirements for notice to the candidate of objections and any withdrawal of objections; deletes requirements for  political party to file a complaint in circuit court for prompt determination of the objection. RELATING TO PARTITION OF HEIRS PROPERTY.

Adopts Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act.  Establishes procedures and remedies for use in actions for partition of real property involving heirs property (real property held in tenancy in common that meets certain requirements).
