Appropriates funds to the department of human services to restore basic adult dental benefits to medicaid enrollees and to provide outreach and eligibility services for individuals and families at federally qualified health centers.  Appropriates funds from the community health centers special fund to establish health homes.  (HB1161 HD1)

Continues the Nursing Facility Sustainability Program for one additional year.  Appropriates funds out of the Nursing Facility Sustainability Program Special Fund for Fiscal Year 2015-2016.  (HB582 HD1)

RELATING TO EXPANDED ADULT RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES.

Increases the capacity from two to three nursing facility level residents in Type I Expanded Adult Residential Care Homes.  (HB1195 HD1)

RELATING TO CHILD HEALTH.

Makes an appropriation to develop the specifications and pricing, as well as an implementation plan, for a web-based data system in the early intervention section of the Department of Health.  Makes an appropriation for operating expenses and to establish one permanent coordinator position in the Children with Special Health Needs Branch of the Department of Health to improve social-emotional and behavioral outcomes for children from birth to age five.  (HB1377 HD1)
