Allows physicians to submit workers' compensation treatment plans to employers by facsimile, the Internet, or secure electronic mail.  Requires employers to accept electronically submitted treatment plans and provide an electronic receipt of the submission.

RELATING TO ENERGY TARIFFS.

Requires electric utilities that use a time-of-use feature in its rate structure to include a credit to the eligible customer-generator for any net electricity produced during peak hours of usage.  (HB1730 HD1)

RELATING TO HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS.

Requires every physician, osteopathic physician, or surgeon to:  (1) complete a continuing medical education course that focuses on health issues with significant public health impact to the State; and (2) meet the Hawaii-specific requirement by obtaining credit hours in a continuing medication education course as provided in rules of the Hawaii Medical Board.  (HB2233 HD1)
