Authorizes the Hawaii Medical Board to issue a visiting sports physician temporary license to a physician or osteopathic physician who is not licensed in this State under certain circumstances.  Requires the Auditor to conduct a study to determine whether licensure for visiting sports physicians is warranted.  (HB1708 HD2)

Authorizes a beneficiary of a prescription drug benefit plan to obtain a prescription without penalty from a non-network retail community pharmacy located within fourteen miles of the beneficiary's residence, if the nearest network retail community pharmacy is located more than fourteen miles away.  (HB1672 HD2)
