Clarifies the definition of growler.  Clarifies that a class 14 brewpub licensee or class 18 small craft producer pub licensee may conduct certain activities at locations other than the licensee's primary manufacturing premises under certain conditions.  Allows direct shipping of all forms of liquor, rather than just wine, by certain licensees.  (SD1)

Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist SpinLaunch, Inc., with the financing of the planning, design, and construction of a satellite launch system.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS.

Authorizes establishment of 5 state public-private partnership coordinator positions within the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to manage certain public-private partnerships entered into by the State and associated contracts, proposals, and negotiations, except public-private partnerships entered into by Hawaii Public Housing Authority.  Establishes an Office of Public-Private Partnership within the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD2)

DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW

 

Individuals or organizations wishing to offer comments should submit testimony by 4:00pm the day prior to the hearing.  Testimony should indicate:

·     Testifier's name and if applicable position/title and organization;

·     The Committee(s) to which the comments are directed;

·     The date and time of the hearing;

·     Measure number; and

·     Statement of support, opposition, or comments.

 

While every effort will be made to incorporate all testimony received, materials received after 4:00pm the day prior to the hearing or improperly identified or directed, may be distributed to the Committee after the hearing.

Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website.  This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
