Report Title: Condominiums; Association Special Meetings
Description: Requires scheduling of special association meetings by petition to be set no later than 60 days from receipt of petition. Clarifies that petitioners may send out notice of meeting and proxies at associations expense if secretary or managing agent fails to do so.
