Report Title: Regulation of Licensed mental health counselors; Sunset; Repealed; Reimbursable Practitioners
Description: Repeals sunset provisions for chapter 453D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to licensed mental health counselors. Adds licensed mental health counselors to the list of mental health practitioners receiving covered benefits. (SB2159 HD1)
