Report Title: Lighting; Energy Efficiency; Hazardous Substance Reduction
Description: Phases-out and bans the use of certain lighting products containing hazardous substances; establishes a statewide lighting efficiency standard for general purpose lights; directs the department of health to develop a statewide recycling program for all fluorescent lamps. Appropriates funds. (SB2842 HD2)
