Report Title: Invasive Species; Noxious Weeds ($)
Description: Prohibits the sale of plants designated as noxious weeds. Requires the department of agriculture to review the noxious weed list annually and update the list, as necessary. Appropriates funds for the revision and review of the list of noxious weeds. (SD2)
