Measure Title: RELATING TO INVASIVE SPECIES.
Report Title: Invasive Species; Restricted Plants; Noxious weeds
Description: Allows the department of agriculture to regulate or prohibit the sale of specific plants on the restricted list. Prohibits the sale of noxious weeds, provided that noxious weeds may be imported only for research, by permit. (SD1)
