Report Title: Smart Growth; Greenways and Trails; Sustainable Communities
Description: Requires the Office of Planning to develop a plan to establish a statewide system of greenways and trails. Requires the Office of Planning to coordinate smart growth planning. Establishes sustainable communities in Hawaii with the combined effort of state departments and agencies. (SD1)
