Measure Title: RELATING TO PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS.
Report Title: Physician Assistant; Signing Authority; Liability; Prescribing Medications; Immunizations
Description: Authorizes physician assistants to sign certain documents; to provide emergency medical care without supervision; to administer immunizations; to prescribe medications for patients suffering from human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune deficiency syndrome without preauthorization; limits liability of physician assistants under Good Samaritan laws. (CD1)
