Measure Title: RELATING TO THE SUPERVISION OF ADULT OFFENDERS.
Report Title: Adult Offenders; Transfers; Appropriation ($)
Description: Increases the membership of the state council for interstate adult offender supervision. Authorizes judiciary to assess a fee on parolees' and probationers' prison transfer applications for transfers out of the State. Establishes one full-time coordinator position to be appointed by the judiciary. (CD1)
