Measure Title: RELATING TO REMOTE DISPENSING.
Report Title: Remote Dispensing Pharmacy; Health Insurance; Prescription Drugs; Remote Areas
Description: Authorizes remote dispensing pharmacies to provide medications to patients with health insurance coverage; allows remote dispensing pharmacies to dispense controlled substances. Extends repeal date of section 7, Act 212, SLH 2008, relating to Remote Dispensing to January 2, 2014 (CD1).
