Report Title: Complete Streets; Roads and Highways
Description: Requires the department of transportation and the county transportation departments to seek to reasonably accommodate access and mobility for all users of public highways, including pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, motorists, and persons of all abilities. Establishes a temporary task force to review certain highway design standards and guidelines. Report to legislature in 2010 and 2011. (SB718 HD1)
