Measure Title: RELATING TO INSURANCE.
Report Title: Insurance Code; Updates; Continuing Education; Criminal History Checks
Description: Updates Insurance Code references. Clarifies allowable investments. Imposes a time limit for claiming the Retaliatory Tax Credit. Updates continuing education requirements. Authorizes the Insurance Commissioner to require insurance license applicants to provide finger prints and conduct criminal history record checks. (CD2)
