REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO STUDY THE POSSIBILITY
OF PROVIDING PAY AND RELEASE TIME INCENTIVES TO TEACHERS
   WORKING AT DEMANDING SCHOOLS.

1 WHEREAS some schools in the state are considered demanding
 2 schools; and
 3

13 attract quality teachers and persuade them to remain at those
14 schools; now, therefore,

17 Twentieth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session

20 teachers working at demanding schools; and
21
22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for purposes of this resolution
