PLACE: Conference Room 329, State Capitol AMENDED A G E N D A Human Services and Housing and Health Committees H.B. 270 RELATING TO YOUTH SERVICES HSH/HLT, EDN, PSM, FIN Abolishes the youth services centers created, developed, and operated by the Office of Youth Services (OYS). Requires OYS to provide for the creation, coordination, and oversight of school/community-based youth service centers throughout the State. Requires OYS to contract with public or provate providers, or both, to create these centers. Specifies the objectives of these centers, the population that is eligible, the responsibilities and duties of these centers. Requires each center to establish a board of directors in accordance with requirements specified by OYS. Requires the Departments of Health, Education, and Human Services and OYS to establuish interdepartmental decategorized service accounts for the creation, coordination and oversight of these centers. (Arakaki) H.B. 271 RELATING TO CHILDREN HSH/HLT, EDN, FIN Establishes a Children's Cabinet to address all issues relations to children's need and services. (Arakaki) H.B. 627 RELATING TO CHILDREN'S HEALTH HSH/HLT, CPC, FIN INSURANCE PROGRAM Appropriates funds for the Children's Health Insurance Program.
